Catherine offers Hatha Vinyasa flow style Yoga and is a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
Catherine is a meditation and mindfulness teacher and qualified at the British School of Meditation.
With a background in health, she offers a beginners’ meditation and mindfulness course to improve health and wellness.
Catherine’s Meditation courses have many health and wellbeing benefits, she helps people reduce stress and anxiety, to relax and find some inner peace and calm, and also improve sleep. Catherine is a health and wellbeing advocate and passionate to help others feel better too.

I had a set of 4 one-to-one classes with Catherine and they were excellent. For Christmas last year I was given a gift, by my wife, of 2 meditation sessions. Prior to Christmas I think she could see I was particularly stressed out and needed to find an alternative to the stresses of work. I arranged to meet Catherine and she outlined a plan of meditation sessions that would help me relax and find the quality time I was trying to achieve in my life. .
I found each session particularly rewarding and right from the first session I felt calmer, more relaxed and a certain understanding of what was required to be alert during meditation, but not think about anything. It had never really dawned on me before but my brain was constantly thinking and never had an opportunity to rest.
