Laura Harker

Laura is a qualified therapeutic counsellor with experience working in the voluntary sector.
She spent 4 years training at the highly respected Willows counselling and training centre in Old Town, Swindon.

Laura is an individual member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adheres to the ethical framework for counselling professionals.

She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for the process of change and works with each client based on their individual needs. She sees their humanity and offers a relationship that is non judgemental and equal, aiming to create a space that is safe and empowering.

Laura works with any obstacle that lies in the way of her clients well being and together with her client will explore and work on ways to raise self awareness and achieve greater peace of mind.

She is available for long term or short term therapy with individual clients.
